FULL MOON IN AQUARIUS
The Sovereign vs. The Rebel
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
— Carl Jung
This is not a full moon of fireworks.
It is a full moon of confrontation.
And the mirror it holds does not lie.
We find ourselves on the archetypal axis of Leo and Aquarius—the Sovereign and the Visionary Rebel. Yet Aquarius, under this lunation, is not loud. It is not marching in protest. It is reflecting. It is interrogating. The rebellion is not external—it is within.
With Mercury, Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, and Chiron all retrograde, the external world quiets so the inner voice can speak. We are being called not to act, but to see. Not to escape, but to endure the gaze of truth.
This full moon is a portal to the Self.
And it asks:
❍ Is the Sovereign Self truly sovereign?
❍ Or have we crowned a persona and called it soul?
🜁 Retrogrades: The Inward Pull of Truth
Saturn and Neptune are now retrograde at 1° Aries—a highly critical degree—and for the first time in centuries, they meet in the sign of the divine I AM.
This rare conjunction occurs only once every 37 years. In Aries, it demands identity-level alchemy. What structures (Saturn) and illusions (Neptune) have shaped our sense of self? What roles, ideals, or stories do we still inhabit—not because they’re true, but because they’re familiar?
We are being asked to dissolve the false self so the real one can rise. Not the curated image. Not the inherited role. The deep Self—raw, unpolished, sovereign.
🜂 Uranus in Gemini: Pandora’s Mind
Meanwhile, Uranus in Gemini acts as a Pandora’s Box for the mind. The lies—both personal and collective—are no longer containable. Information, once filtered or ignored, is now erupting.
This is why you may feel overwhelmed, anxious, scattered. It is not just your mind. It is the collective nervous system undergoing reconfiguration.
We are standing at the threshold of becoming the new human.
But before we enter that future, we must ask:
What are we still doing out of habit that is quietly killing our aliveness?
And why do we still do it?
⚖ Mars in Libra: The Warrior in the Temple of Venus
To sharpen the blade further, Mars has just entered Libra at 1°, directly opposing Saturn and Neptune.
Mars—the planet of war and will—is now in the house of Venus, the scales of balance. Here, the warrior must renounce the sword and pick up the mirror. This is conflict transformation, not combat.
And with this opposition, the full moon exposes every relational distortion:
❍ Where have we lost ourselves in the eyes of another?
❍ Where have we performed connection, rather than lived it?
❍ Where has love been a disguise for control—or silence a strategy for survival?
This isn’t just about romance.
It’s about all relationships: family, friends, clients, communities, even enemies.
Mars in Libra demands ethical relationship.
Can we assert the truth without shattering the bond?
Can we honour the bond without abandoning the truth?
This is what Saturn and Neptune now ask of Mars—and of us.
🕊 Venus Conjunct Jupiter in Cancer: A Blessing from the Ancestors
Amidst all this psychic excavation and relational reckoning, there is a cosmic balm unfolding in the background: Venus conjunct Jupiter in Cancer—the most blissful act in the heavens, a conjunction that graces us only once a year.
In Cancer, this is not abstract love. It is rooted love.
It is the love that holds you when you fall apart.
It is the grace of homecoming—to your body, your lineage, your belonging.
This union brings healing to the roots of our being:
— to how we were mothered,
— to the ancestral stories we carry,
— to the sacredness of our emotional landscapes.
It is a blessing from the ancestors, a soft hand placed on the shoulder, saying: We are with you. You are not alone.
🌕 Final Transmission: The Reckoning
This Aquarius full moon does not offer escape.
It does not reward pretence.
It demands presence.
Only what is sovereign, relationally conscious, and truthfully self-defined will survive this alchemical fire.
This lunation is not punishment.
It is purification.
Let it reveal you to yourself.

🌹 Personal News
In more personal news, I’ve just returned from a pilgrimage in the south of France, where I walked and prayed in the sacred places once touched by the Marys and the Christ. I didn’t anticipate the depth of what I would feel upon completing the journey—and I’m still immersed in the afterglow of those energies. I will share details of my experience in due time as I process them myself during this alchemical full moon.
Like many of us in this moment, I feel a profound call to reimagine how I live and lead. As a result, you may notice shifts in the way I share my work. I’m feeling drawn away from social media and toward platforms that better align with the new frequencies I’m cultivating—spaces that honour depth, nuance, and truth.
If you're receiving this, it means you’re on my mailing list—and you'll be the first to hear what’s coming next.
Blessed be.
